The GROHE Contropress was designed specifically to stand up to the effect of constant use & abuse to its finish & construction, as well as on its functioning. Beyond solid brass construction, the self-closing cartridge in the Contropress is extremely rugged & accurate as well.

The Contropress self closing pillar tap is factory-set for a 7 second run time. The cartridge is easily adjusted to 7, 15 or 30 seconds.
