Already recognized as the world leader in thermostat valve technology, Grohe reaffirms its commitment to family safety with its Grohsafe® & Temprasafe® pressure balance valves. The program includes a selection of nine distinctive trim designs offered in a choice of decorative finishes & tub/shower combinations.

Grohe pressure balance valves protect against accidental scalding in the shower when demands on the water system (such as flushing a toilet, washing dishes or turning on a washing machine) cause sudden pressure fluctuations within the system. Grohe's diaphragm actuated pressure balance cartridge will maintain the set temperature within +2F° even with a 50% drop in either the cold or hot water pressure. If either the cold or hot water fails, Grohe Grohsafe or Temprasafe valves will reduce the water flow from the outlet to a trickle, thus protecting against scald or cold water shock.

For total flexibility the Grohsafe valve can be combined with Chiara™, Eupoplus II, Eurodisc, Eurowing, Euroeco, or Talia trim sets to perfectly match respective Grohe single-handle faucet lines for a completely coordinated Grohe bath. Newly designed Arcada® and Quadra® trim designs are also offered for combination with the Grohsafe pressure balance valve. The smoothly arched lines of Arcada, or the elegant simplicity of Quadra make either a perfect compliment to any of Grohe's faucet lines.
