what are the parts in a toilet tank?

  • Water Control is the means of supplying & controlling the water level in a tank

  • Trip Lever is located on the outside of the tank & is used to actuate the flush valve to initiate the flushing cycle

  • Flapper is a rubber disc that retains water in the tank. Upon flushing it lifts to release water out of the tank & into the bowl for a complete flushing cycle

  • Flush Valve is located at the bottom of the tank & is used to discharge the water from the tank into the bowl
